Celebrate Your Successes
Because the brain more easily remembers events that were accompanied by strong emotions, most people underestimate and under-appreciate the number of successes they’ve had in relation to the number of failures they’ve had. One way to counteract this is to consciously focus on and celebrate your successes.
One of the things I recommend to my clients is to make a list of 100 Successes. It's empowering and serves as a great reminder of what you have accomplished, especially during those times when you might find yourself doubting your abilities.
